We co-create immersive health and wellness programs that honor your body's specific cycles, utilizing mindfulness, nature connection, somatic therapies, and yoga to restore total alignment.

We are situated in a secluded, quiet sanctuary on the North Shore of Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. To protect the privacy and peace of our guests, we do not publish our physical address publicly. Precise arrival details and address coordinates are shared directly with you upon booking your retreat or residency.

Absolutely. Every program is individually tailored to your unique background, experience level, and comfort. Whether you are taking your first steps in mindfulness or deepening an established practice, our expert guides provide compassionate, personalized attention.

Each program includes farm-fresh organic meals prepared by our wellness kitchen, luxury private or shared accommodations, unlimited access to group movement and meditation classes, customized spa therapies (including traditional Lomilomi), and one-on-one integration coaching. There are no hidden fees or surprise additions.

Yes. We offer both private guest cottages and semi-private shared suites. You can select your lodging preference during the initial booking inquiry phase.

We recommend reviewing our Signature Programs page or booking a brief 1:1 guidance call with Amara or Soren. During the call, we will listen to what you are currently holding and seeking, and co-create an itinerary that serves your transition.

Due to the highly customized nature of our residencies, deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will transfer 100% of your credit to a future date within 12 months. Rescheduling within 30 days incurs a small accommodation hold fee.
