The Experience
Each morning begins in our open-air pavilion as the light shifts over the water. Our yoga sessions blend slow vinyasa with long-held restorative poses, giving your nervous system time to genuinely soften. You are encouraged to rest when rest is needed — this is not a performance practice.
Throughout the week, sessions evolve in response to the group's energy. Some mornings lean toward breathwork and pranayama; others open with silent stretching before sound deepens the practice. Evening sessions are purely restorative — bolsters, blankets, and gentle inversions held for five minutes or more.
You will leave with a personal movement sequence you can sustain at home, tailored to your body's rhythms and any physical considerations you brought with you.
