The Experience
The Fitness & Vitality program reframes exercise as celebration rather than obligation. Mornings begin with a sunrise coastal hike along the Na Pali ridgeline trail, returning for a light breakfast before moving into a structured strength and conditioning session in our open-air fitness pavilion.
Afternoons include ocean activities: stand-up paddleboarding, snorkeling in the protected bay, or open-water swimming with a certified ocean safety guide. Evening sessions introduce functional movement patterns and mobility work, connecting physical capability to daily ease.
All activities are scaled to individual fitness levels. The goal is not peak performance but sustainable vitality — a relationship with your body that energizes rather than depletes you.

Daily sunrise coastal hike (5–8 km, moderate terrain)
Morning strength and conditioning session (60 min)
Afternoon ocean activity (paddleboard, snorkel, or swim)
Evening mobility and functional movement session (45 min)
Ocean safety briefing and all water activity equipment

Keoni grew up surfing the North Shore and studied exercise physiology at UH Mānoa. He brings a deep reverence for the ocean into every fitness session, believing that the land and sea are the best gym humanity has ever built.
