The Experience
Our nutrition program begins with a health history and dietary preference intake on arrival day. From that, your nutritional guide designs a personalised eating plan that works within the property's whole-food kitchen — nothing is restrictive, and there are no rigid rules, only invitations toward nourishment.
Three times per week, a morning cooking workshop teaches practical skills: how to build an anti-inflammatory meal, how to prepare adaptogenic broths, how to make fermented condiments that support gut health. Sessions are hands-on, intimate (maximum 6 participants), and fragrant.
A mid-program nutritional consultation reviews how you have been feeling and adjusts the plan accordingly. You will leave with a personalised pantry guide, a seasonal recipe booklet, and a clear framework for eating well at home.

Dr. Malia Reyes
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Integrative Nutrition Certificate
Malia holds a doctorate in nutritional sciences and trained in integrative nutrition at the Institute for Functional Medicine. Her approach bridges clinical nutrition with traditional Hawaiian food culture, and she is particularly passionate about the healing properties of local taro, sea vegetables, and tropical fruits.
